PRIVACY POLICY & TERMS OF SERVICE
Last Updated: July 2026
1. PRIVACY POLICY
1.1 Age Gating, Data Minimization, & Parental Notice (Mobile Platforms Only)
Funnyem Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") operates Sweeplings on mobile platforms (iOS and Android) as a general audience game with an App Store rating of 9+ and a Google Play rating of Everyone.
The Mobile Age Gate: Upon the first launch of the application on mobile devices, users are required to enter their birth year through a neutral age-screening interface.
Data Minimization: This birth year is processed strictly on the mobile device to calculate a minor status indicator (isMinor). The raw birth year is immediately deleted from device memory, is never stored on our servers, and is never transmitted to any third party.
Under-13 Protection (Mobile): If the mobile age gate determines the user is under the age of 13, all behavioral tracking, personalized advertising, and analytics SDKs are permanently deactivated on that device until app data is cleared or the app is reinstalled.
1.2 Data Collection & Decoupled Consent Framework (Mobile Platforms Only)
For mobile users aged 13 and older, certain device data is utilized to optimize performance and support operational costs. For mobile players residing within the European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), India, South Korea, and other strict opt-in jurisdictions, all analytics and advertising tracking are strictly Opt-In and default to the "OFF" position. In the United States and other notice-based regions, optional analytics and personalized preferences may default to the "ON" position.
Terms vs. Consent Separation: Acceptance of our software End User License Agreement (Terms of Service) is a mandatory requirement to access the application. However, consenting to behavioral data collection and ad tracking is completely optional, granular, and independent. Mobile users may decline tracking entirely and still access full gameplay features.
UGS Analytics: Collects aggregated gameplay metrics (e.g., level progression, retention data) to assist us in game balancing. This data is completely gated by user preference and will not initialize without explicit consent.
Personalized Tracking: Uses device identifiers to serve targeted, high-relevance ads. Users may change or withdraw their choices at any time by selecting the Privacy choices option inside the in-game Privacy & Data menu.
1.3 The Contextual Ads Fallback (Mobile Revenue Protection Disclosure)
(Note: Advertisements are served exclusively on mobile platforms; the desktop/PC editions of Sweeplings contain zero advertisements.)
If a mobile user declines personalized ad tracking, or if the local age gate determines the user is under the age of 13, the game's ad architecture automatically drops into non-behavioral tracking mode.
Operational Ads: The mobile game will still display Contextual Advertisements during standard gameplay breaks (such as the Level 30+ skippable interstitial cadence) and when utilizing optional rewarded power-up refills during gameplay when charges are completely exhausted.
No Profiles Built: These advertisements are generic, served entirely based on the immediate gameplay context (playing a casual puzzle game), and do not track behavior or build an advertising profile on the player.
1.4 Third-Party SDK Manifest
Our software binaries communicate natively with external infrastructure based on the following platform rules:
Mobile (iOS/Android): Utilizes Unity Ads & Unity Gaming Services (UGS) Analytics, governed entirely by the Unity Privacy Policy.
PC / Steam (Desktop Builds): Utilizes zero third-party tracking or advertising SDKs. No network data transmission occurs.
1.5 Regional United States Privacy Rights (Mobile Only)
Residents of California, Texas, and other applicable US states maintain the right to opt-out of the "sale or sharing" of their personal information. Mobile users can execute their opt-out rights at any time via the in-game Privacy choices option located within the mobile Privacy & Data menu.
1.6 PC / Steam (Desktop Builds) Privacy Profile
The desktop edition of Sweeplings distributed via Steam is a fully local, offline experience.
Zero Tracking: This build contains no advertisements, no behavioral tracking, and no analytics SDKs.
No In-Game Menus: Because no tracking data is collected, processed, or transmitted, the PC version does not include an in-game age gate, data consent toggles, or a Privacy & Data settings panel.
Data Isolation: All puzzle progress and high scores remain restricted entirely to your local computer hardware.
1.7 Data Retention, Security, and Storage Profile
We maintain an extreme data minimization infrastructure. We do not maintain user databases, multiplayer accounts, names, profiles, physical addresses, or email logs on our company servers.
Local Saves: All player progress and levels cleared are saved strictly locally on your physical device hardware or computer storage.
1.8 Corporate Contact Information

2. DATA DELETION & PRIVACY CONTROLS
You maintain absolute control over data associated with your use of Sweeplings. Funnyem Inc. does not operate its own player account database or cloud save servers for core gameplay progress.
(Note: In accordance with global child privacy standards and data minimization practices, all in-game privacy configuration panels and online data deletion choices are completely hidden and deactivated for all users under the age of 13 on mobile, and for all players on the PC/Steam platform. Because zero analytics, tracking identifiers, or cloud profiles are generated or transmitted under these states, no online data footprint exists on the cloud to delete.)
Local game data (All Platforms)
All puzzle progress, levels cleared, and local scores are stored only on your device. To remove local game data, simply uninstall the app or use your platform’s clear app storage / clear data / remove local files function for Sweeplings within your system settings.
Analytics data (Unity Gaming Services - Mobile Users Aged 13+ Only)
If you previously opted in to analytics on a mobile device, aggregated gameplay and device metrics may have been processed by Unity Gaming Services Analytics on Unity’s servers.
To stop future collection: Open Settings → Privacy & Data → Privacy choices inside the mobile game and turn Analytics off.
To delete past history: Open Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete my online data and confirm. This triggers an automated deletion request directly through the Unity SDK, instructing Unity’s systems to permanently purge your mobile device history. You do not need to provide an ID or email us to execute this.
Advertising data (Unity Ads - Mobile Users Aged 13+ Only)
Funnyem Inc. does not store advertising profiles on its own servers. Advertising data is processed entirely by the Unity Ads network.
To limit personalized advertising: Use the mobile Settings → Privacy & Data → Privacy choices panel to switch off personalized ads.
To exercise opt-out rights inside ads: Utilize the privacy or data choices control icon displayed directly within Unity advertisements while an ad is active on your screen. You do not need to contact Funnyem to delete ad-network data in normal use.
Optional contact
If mobile in-app controls or third-party privacy tools do not resolve your situation, you may email support@funnyem.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." You do not need to provide an internal Game ID or device identifier; simply state your request in plain language, and our help desk will assist you within 30 business days.
